ABOUT ME

My first love is journalism—which I pursued for the chance to tell stories for a living. I believe that magic happens when we find the commonalities that connect us, and those are the stories I look to tell. The ones that make us feel seen, heard, and understood.

Adaptability is one of my top strengths, and over my career, I have worn many hats—flexing my creativity, storytelling, and relationship-building skills. Having worked across strategy, marketing, and sales, I understand how to uncover what motivates people, and also how to talk to them.

Currently, I live in Columbus, Ohio, and work remotely as an Associate Director of Integrated Marketing at Axios. I work on everything from proposal development to new product ideation and go-to-market strategy, brand storytelling, and audience research. I also spearhead all integrated marketing efforts for Axios Local, our local news division in 30 cities across the U.S.

Before Axios, I was at The Atlantic for nearly 5 years, where I was a consistent top-performer on our creative strategy team and helped evolve our integrated marketing efforts across custom branded content, consulting, experiences and live events.

Through everything, resonant storytelling has been the through-line of my career. Strategy, marketing, and sales are all nothing without the right words.

I’m a native Northeast Ohioan, which contributes to my resiliency and optimism. It also means I understand the power of human connection, the importance of slowing down to take a second look, and the simple joy of a warm slice of 45¢ pie.
